KEVIN BAXTER joined case management specialists, AWPL in February 2011 as Sales Director for the UK and Ireland. Reporting to Doug Forbes (CEO), Kevin is responsible for developing the sales strategy and methodology focusing on direct and indirect channels.
Prior to joining AWPL, Kevin held Sales Director positions with Vignette, Top Image Systems, Tower Technology and Norsk Data, gaining over 20 years experience within the ECM/BPM marketplace.
CHRIS ATKINSON is an experienced Customer Services Director with over twenty years experience of developing and growing Customer Support Services organisations with Tower, FileNet & Vignette. He developed a wide range of cost effective, flexible support and services offerings, which contributed to the high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Chris is available to discuss Maintenance and Support contracts for both hardware and software with our partner Paralogic.
GED HARTSHORN has over a decade of experience in the Document Management arena with the likes of Tower Technology and OpenText. She is a highly experienced Customer Support Consultant with excellent communication and analytical skills, with a passion for technology.
