Members should:
Provide clients with details in advance of their basis of charging and work on a fixed fee basis if appropriate.
Maintain cofidentiality, act in their client's best interest and treat them with dignity and respect.
Provide their clients with details of their terms of business and professional indemnity insurance upon request.
Have a friendly and speedy procedure for dealing with complaints.
